DBRS将美国国债评级列入负面观察名单 Oct 10th 2013, 00:39 评 级机构DBRS Inc.将美国国债评级列入负面观察名单，理由是联邦政府违约风险不断加大。 DBRS目前对美国长期本外币债务评级为AAA。 DBRS称，如果美国国会在10月17日前无法达成一致上调债务上限且美国错过一笔债务的偿付，那么只要美国财政部能够及时偿还其它债务，那么DBRS给美国的评级将是选择性违约。 不过该机构表示，如果美国全面违约且涉及一大批证券，那么该机构将大幅下调评级。 DBRS称，如果10月17日前无法提高债务上限，那么不清楚美国财政部将何以为继。 Michael Calia
