八家中资银行获准设立上海自贸区分行 Sep 30th 2013, 01:12 中 国周日批准八家本地银行及两家外资银行在上海自由贸易试验区设立分行。 中国国务院周五称，上海自由贸易试验区将于下周二正式启动。 上海银监局局长廖岷介绍说，上述八家本地银行分别是中国工商银行股份有限公司(Industrial & Commercial Bank of China, 1398.HK)、中国建设银行股份有限公司(China Construction Bank, 0939.HK)、中国农业银行股份有限公司(Agricultural Bank of China, 1288.HK)、中国银行股份有限公司(Bank of China, 3988.HK)、交通银行股份有限公司(Bank of Communications, 3328.HK)、招商银行股份有限公司(China Merchants Bank, 3968.HK)、上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司(Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, 600000.SH)和上海银行股份有限公司(Bank of Shanghai)。 花旗集团(Citigroup Inc., C)旗下花旗银行(中国)有限公司(Citibank China Co. Ltd.)和新加坡星展银行(Development Bank of Singapore)也获准进驻上海自贸区。 交银金融租赁有限责任公司(Bank of Communications Financial Leasing)也获准在上海自贸区设立分支机构。 国务院周五称，可在试验区内对人民币资本项目可兑换、金融市场利率市场化、人民币跨境使用等方面创造条件进行先行先试。允许符合条件的民营资本与外资金融机构共同设立中外合资银行。 Li Yue发稿
