欧元区9月份通胀率回落至三年低点 Sep 30th 2013, 11:57 欧 元区9月份同比通货膨胀率降至三年半以来的最低水平。这意味着如果欧洲央行(European Central Bank)认为有必要对脆弱的欧元区经济采取更多刺激措施，将几乎不会遇到障碍。 欧盟统计局(Eurostat)周一公布，欧元区9月份消费者价格指数(CPI)较上年同期上升1.1%，升幅低于8月份的1.3%，为2010年2月以来最低。 接受道琼斯调查的经济学家上周预计，欧元区9月份CPI升幅将回落至1.2%。 目前的CPI升速大大低于欧洲央行所设定的略低于2%的目标水平。这意味着如果欧洲央行官员认为有必要对经济实施进一步刺激措施，那么通胀问题将不会构成阻力。 Alex Brittain
