中国商业银行第二季度末不良贷款率为0.96% Aug 14th 2013, 10:31 中 国银行业监督管理委员会（简称：银监会）周三公布，截至第二季度末，中国商业银行不良贷款率为0.96%，与第一季度末持平。 第二季度末商业银行的不良贷款余额为人民币5,395亿元（约合881.7亿美元），第一季度末为人民币5,265亿元。 第二季度末商业银行平均资本充足率为12.24%，较第一季度末的12.28%有所下降。一级资本充足率为9.85%。 中国力争到2018年之前使大型银行的资本充足率不低于11.5%，中小型银行的资本充足率不低于10.5%。 为满足《巴塞尔协议III》(Basel III)下更加严格的资本规定，银监会去年年末时表示，今年年底前大型银行的资本充足率须不低于9.5%。 银监会此前还表示，今年年底前，中小型银行需达到8.5%的最低资本充足率要求。 Liyan Qi 发稿
